Do any of these feel familiar?

Do you carry the pain of childhood rejection or abandonment?
You may have learned early that you couldn't depend on the people who were supposed to protect you. Today, that pain may show up in your relationships, self-worth, or ability to trust.

Do you feel like you've lost your voice in your relationship?
You give so much, yet feel unseen, unheard, or taken for granted. You want to feel valued, respected, and confident speaking up for yourself.

Did coming to Canada bring challenges you weren't prepared for?
Starting over can bring loneliness, cultural pressures, identity struggles, and the feeling that no one truly understands what you're carrying.

Are you carrying a grief that others don't understand?
Loss isn't always about death. You may be grieving a relationship, a dream, a family change, or a life you thought you would have.

Do you understand your reactions—but still struggle to change them?
Sometimes knowing why we react isn't enough. You may want to understand your patterns and learn new ways of responding.

Are you tired of always being the strong one?
You may spend your life caring for everyone else while having nowhere to put your own feelings. You deserve a place where you can be honest, heard, and supported.
